Booking Information – Your Step-by-Step Guide
Select Your Dates & Secure your Reservation
Select your dates using our online booking platform …or alternatively send us your enquiry (fill out our online enquiry form or give us a call. We’ll check availability and confirm your dates or suggest alternatives).
Once your dates are confirmed, secure them by paying a non-refundable booking deposit, which is 25% of your total hire cost.
Complete your payment & Verify your ID
Six weeks before your holiday, pay the remaining balance. We accept card payments, including Amex, and BACSA few weeks before your hire, we’ll need to verify your ID.
Please provide a photo license ID (or paper license if you passed pre-1997), passport, utility bill, and complete an online DVLA license check for UK drivers.
Pay the Security Deposit & Pick Up Your Motorhome
Then pack everything you need for your adventure! The motorhome incorporates generous storage solutions, including plenty of overhead lockers, wardrobe space, and under-bed storage – perfect for all your gear and essentials!

Early Pick up and Return
£80 per hire
If you have specific plans or deadlines then we can arrange flexible pick and return times for your hire. Early pickup is between 9 am and 1 pm. Late return is between 11 am and 5 pm.
Additional drivers
£42 per hire
The first driver insurance is included in the hire fee, this fee is to cover additional driver insurance.
Car Seat Hire
£10 per hire
A universal (non-ISOFIX) car seat that fits all our motorhomes. We have a range of 4-point seatbelt and booster seats available.
Bedding pack
£25 per hire
If you can’t bring your own bedding and linen, our bedding pack includes:
– Duvet
– Duvet cover

– Pillowcase
– Bath and hand towel

European Travel
£100 per week
If you’re heading to the continent then you’ll need to add on our European Travel Pack which includes:
– European cover

– Rear UK sticker

Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
Your rental includes full insurance provided by us, ensuring peace of mind during your trip. To qualify for our insurance, you must:
Be aged between 25 and 79 years old.
Have held a full UK driving license for at least two years.
Have no more than six penalty points on your license.
Our motorhome weighs under 3500KG, so it can be driven with a standard UK full driving license.
Pickup and Return
Your motorhome can be collected from 3pm onwards on the first day of hire and must be returned by 11am on the last day. For added convenience, early collection and late drop-off options are available during booking.
If you anticipate a late return, please notify us via telephone or email as soon as possible.
Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit of £1,000 is required before the rental period begins. This deposit covers the insurance excess in case of an accident and any potential damage or cleaning costs. If the motorhome is returned clean and undamaged, the deposit will be refunded on the same day.
